Role Overview

As the Finance Planning Manager and PBF CAPEX Owner in São Paulo, Brazil, you will serve as the single point of accountability for the company's capital investment portfolio. This full-time role demands end-to-end governance, from prioritization and approval to execution oversight and value realization. Ensure capital allocation aligns with strategic priorities, financial discipline, and long-term growth, delivering transparency, rigor, compliance, and superior ROIC. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sustainability, IT, Finance, and Business Leaders to drive high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Strategy & Portfolio Governance

Develop and implement robust capital strategies that prioritize highest-value initiatives aligned with PepsiCo's enterprise goals. Act as the governance lead to maintain portfolio transparency and strategic alignment.

Investment Evaluation & Approval

Lead rigorous evaluation processes for capital projects, ensuring financial viability, risk assessment, and alignment with business objectives before approval.

Project Execution Oversight

Monitor projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within approved scope. Escalate risks, deviations, and implement corrective actions swiftly.

Value Realization & Post-Investment Review

Track and measure post-investment performance to confirm ROIC targets are met, conducting thorough reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future investments.

Financial Control & Compliance

Uphold strict financial controls, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards across all capital activities.
