Role Overview

The Finance Senior Analyst in Credit, based in São Paulo, Brazil, plays a pivotal role in conducting in-depth financial analyses to support credit decisions, monitoring client portfolio health, and proposing risk mitigation strategies. This position bridges business operations and risk management, ensuring credit activities align with company policies and overall strategy. As a key player in PepsiCo's finance team, you'll influence high-stakes decisions for our dynamic operations in Brazil's competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Elaborate and execute credit strategies to optimize risk and growth.
• Develop and review credit scoring models and granting policies.
• Support definition of credit limits and commercial conditions.
• Maintain control over company credit exposure and report potential impacts to senior leadership.
• Monitor macroeconomic and sectoral trends affecting credit risk.
• Manage high-relevance, high-risk client portfolios, issuing managerial reports and KPIs.
• Utilize credit behavior management tools like CISP and Serasa.
• Collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Risks, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company norms and handle internal/external audits.
• Prepare reports and presentations for credit committees and leadership.
• Advance digital transformation through automation and process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a complete bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in credit analysis, ideally from financial institutions or large corporations, is essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems like SAP is required, with Power BI, Tableau, or Macros as a plus. Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, attention to detail, and excellent communication for engaging all organizational levels are critical. English and Spanish are advantageous.
