Williams is seeking talented Financial Analysts at Level II and III to join our newly created Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role offers office or field-based flexibility and is perfect for mid-level professionals passionate about financial forecasting, cost discipline, and data-driven decision-making in the energy sector. As a Financial Analyst II or III, you will lead critical processes in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You'll collaborate across functions to support forecast drivers, leverage automation and AI for innovation, and simplify workflows. If you thrive on alternative analysis, creativity, problem-solving, and customer support, this position will challenge you to excel while aligning with our Core Values.
