Role Overview

The Financial Jr Analyst position at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is a strategic entry point into Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role prepares ambitious professionals for future FP&A and Category Finance positions across Latin America. As buffer staff, you'll gain hands-on experience with regional reports and processes, building essential skills under the guidance of seasoned peers. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting PepsiCo's financial operations:

• Deliver exceptional service to Global Finance clients, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Consolidate and validate topline revenue and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for Latin American countries.
• Collaborate closely with local Finance teams and the Mexico Capability Center to define and execute weekly/monthly priorities.
• Immerse yourself in various Latin American FP&A and Category Finance reports and processes to prepare for upcoming roles.
• Leverage business and technical knowledge from peers to develop core capabilities and ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek driven candidates with a solid foundation in finance:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power Query, VBA, and Power BI is highly desired.
• Intermediate or advanced English skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of P&L lines and their key drivers.
