Position Summary

As Financial Policy and Projects Consultant, you'll be the go-to Finance expert for the Alaska BU. Provide time-sensitive interpretive guidance blending deep BU operations knowledge with expertise in ALM/DOA, Corporate Authorizations, Internal Controls, Supply Chain Standards, and Accounting Policy. Serve as the primary interface for major projects, Commercial/BD activities, and contract reviews.

Collaborate closely with BU Finance leadership, F&PA, Tax, Drilling, Capital Projects, Operations, Supply Chain, and corporate teams. Support AKLNG LLC, impairment analysis, and reporting while leading initiatives like lease accounting and systems like nxtgen and OneStream.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer AK LNG Project LLC reporting, budgets, and legal entity requirements.
  • Act as Project Coordinator and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Finance leads on major BU transactions and initiatives (e.g., nxtgen, OneStream).
  • Perform contract reviews, lease analysis, and supply chain liaison duties as defects watchdog.
  • Oversee Alaska BU Authority & Limitations Manual/Delegation of Authority (ALM/DOA).
  • Conduct BU impairment analysis and support oil & gas disclosures.
  • Manage documentation and records for all activities.
  • Provide quarterly/year-end reporting support.

Basic Qualifications
