Role Overview

The Gerente Reporte Financiero CSS (Financial Reporting Manager) role at PepsiCo's Shared Services Center (SSC) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, is pivotal for managing accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and business support.   • Collaborate closely with operational units (OU), LATAM GBS Control RTR Director, and stakeholders to enhance networking, service delivery, and people strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or related field; professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle); advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially complex Excel formulas.
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and/or Local GAAP.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (90% English proficiency in writing, reading, and conversation).
