Role Overview

The Gerente Reporte Financiero CSS (Financial Reporting Manager) role at PepsiCo's Shared Services Center (SSC) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, is pivotal for managing accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and business support. This position ensures compliance with US GAAP, SOX regulations, financial policies, and service level agreements (SLAs) in a customer-centric environment. You'll collaborate with control teams, business units, and outsourced partners to deliver accurate reporting and drive process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll spearhead financial integrity and operational excellence:

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting aligned with PepsiCo's standards, IP policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage ad-hoc financial positions and tasks beyond SSC scope, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to your team, fostering skill development and high performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver monthly presentations, and track cost per transaction against Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, support change management, and maintain a healthy organizational climate.
• Collaborate closely with operational units (OU), LATAM GBS Control RTR Director, and stakeholders to enhance networking, service delivery, and people strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo seeks proven leaders with strong financial acumen:

• University degree in Accounting or related field; professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle); advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially complex Excel formulas.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and/or Local GAAP.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (90% English proficiency in writing, reading, and conversation).
• Executive maturity: autonomous, proactive, rigorous, organized, with logical problem-solving skills and stakeholder management expertise.
• Ability to lead multiple task forces, juggle time-sensitive priorities, and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, self-motivated, with experience in team leadership and process optimization.
