Role Overview

The Finished Goods Distribution Specialist at PepsiCo's Kashira Plant in Russia is a critical role within our supply chain operations. This full-time position focuses on distributing finished products (GP) to client warehouses, forecasting shipment volumes, and leveraging specialized software to achieve optimal service levels. You'll work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to maintain budgeted stock levels, predict sales accurately, and plan efficient transports via truck and rail.   • Determine and agree on product needs for client warehouses over an 8-week horizon using historical sales, stock analysis, and new product data.
  • Issue weekly forecasts for sales from client warehouses and shipments to those warehouses.
  • Create new shipments, inspect supply accuracy, and propose optimizations for software settings to enhance departmental KPIs.
  • Daily analysis of warehouse stocks and in-transit products to track sales dynamics per client site.
  • Prepare timely shipment plans for truck and rail transport based on transit times, client capacities, and internal warehouse parameters.
  • Assemble finished goods assortments for shipments based on internal stocks, sourcing rules, and client needs, coordinating with Customer Service.
