Key Responsibilities:
Manage and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and reports
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Compile and keep monthly reports organized for future inquiries
Research vendors and negotiate deals for meetings and events
Support onboarding and training logistics for new hires
Request checks and submit invoices for the operation
Order notary stamps and process notary renewals for Escrow Officers
Maintain Birthday/Anniversary calendar and assist with cards/flowers/other acknowledgments by Leadership
Order office supplies, marketing material, business cards, employee appreciation items
Assist with expense reporting
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Office suite, which include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing applications
Familiarity with relevant company operating systems
Attention to detail
Organized, ability to multi-task
Customer service orientation
Problem solving and analytical skills
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
