What We Do

The ALTA Land Surveying Project Coordinator assists multiple Project Managers with the administration and coordination of surveying projects, including the responsibilities outlined below.

Processing of Title Commitments

  • Submitting commitments to the internal review team
  • Distributing commitments to vendors
  • Saving documents to the database for in-house projects
  • Sending reviewed commitments and associated Excel documentation to vendors

Additional Work (AW) Processing

  • Save and track email requests for additional work
  • Create and maintain entries in the database
  • Save client authorization emails
  • Prepare Notices to Proceed (NTP) for vendors

Oversized Printing and Shipping

  • Print large-format survey documents for distribution
  • Prepare, package, and ship materials via FedEx

Confirmation of Site Access

  • Communicate with the Site Access provided by the client
  • Provide clearance to the vendor that Site Access is approved

Invoices Outside of the System

  • Prepare Excel-based invoices outside the system when applicable

Final Signed and Sealed Document Management

  • Save final delivery emails in the database
  • Upload and archive final signed surveys in the database
  • Update project status to completed in the database

Shared Folder/Data Room Management (ShareFile)

  • Create folders for online document delivery
  • Upload and manage files and documentation within shared folders

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience reviewing Title documents and ALTA surveys preferred

$14.00-$18.00 hourly

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
