Are you a strong operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building high-performing teams? We’re looking for an Area Operations Leader to help drive operational excellence and support revenue growth across our title and escrow operations in a key market.
This is a senior leadership role focused on people, process, and performance and is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact!

• Lead and influence multiple branch operations within a defined region
• Partner with leadership to execute strategy, strengthen culture, and drive consistency
• Oversee and develop teams across Title, Escrow, Branch Management, and potentially Sales
• Play a critical role in a high-volume market where leadership presence truly matters
• Be hands-on, visible, and engaged - this role is on-site 5 days/week in our Roseburg, OR branch

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and monitor consistent processes, ensure quality and productivity, while supporting customer and employee satisfaction. You will manage and lead all title, escrow, and support staff in your office.

  • Set goals, expectations, and work standards. Plan and implement strategies. Manage staffing, employee development, and performance. 

  • Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.

  • Plan, organize, review, and evaluate employees.

  • Hire staff and ensure they receive proper training, coaching, and development to maintain good morale, productivity, and discipline.

Knowledge, Skills & Technology

  • Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing.

  • Ability to carry out strategic plans effectively.

  • Skilled at understanding employee needs, improving team performance, tracking results, and assigning resources effectively.

  • Comfortable using tools, systems, and technology needed for the job.

  • Able to read and use metrics/dashboards to support a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experience leading teams and creating effective solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, critical thinking, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Results-driven with strong time management and project management abilities.

  • Shows leadership by example, builds trust, motivates employees, and helps them reach their potential.

Experience

  • Management or leadership experience preferred.

  • 2+years of directly related industry or functional experience.

Pay Range: $102,200.00 - $136,200.00 Annually

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
