  • Build scalable processes and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Data Management & Availability

  • Unify marketing data across disparate systems (CRM, MAP, paid media, analytics platforms) into a single, trusted view.
  • Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure integrations and data pipelines are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
  • Establish data governance practices to improve availability, accuracy, and usability for reporting and analysis.

Tracking & Attribution

  • Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
  • QA lead routing and conversion tracking to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain alignment across platforms to eliminate duplicate or misattributed data.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for daily operational use and executive insights.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to deliver clear, actionable performance readouts.

Testing & Incrementality

  • Lead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns.
  • Ensure tests are properly instrumented and results are trustworthy.
  • Share learnings broadly to refine investment and optimization decisions.

Process & Governance

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards across all performance marketing activities.
  • Create governance frameworks for routing, QA, and reporting accuracy.
  • Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Tools & Technology

Fluency with marketing operations and analytics tools, including:

  • Analytics & Attribution: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, attribution platforms.
  • CRM & MAP Systems: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Tracking & QA: Tag management systems, UTM governance tools.
  • Collaboration & Workflow: Project management and campaign orchestration platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
  • Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
  • Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
  • Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Mindset

  • Thinks big picture: Growth is holistic, expanding beyond just acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Experimental: Naturally curious; makes data-driven decisions, in a timely manner, to solve problems and propose ideas.
  • Forward thinking: Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, respecting the past while remaining flexible and open to new ideas and driving transformation.
  • Acts like an owner: Keeps the big picture in mind while managing the inputs daily to achieve intentional outcomes. Holds accountability in the highest regard and instills others to follow suit. Translates results into digestible information and avoids buzzwordy jargon.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a newly formed Performance Marketing CoE with executive visibility, where your work directly shapes enterprise growth strategy.
  • Lead the operations and governance backbone of a new Performance Marketing CoE.
  • Build and grow a team that ensures marketing is accountable, transparent, and scalable.
