What We Do

Manages day-to-day transaction activities for one or more National and/or Global Corporate Services accounts, supporting a large client with multiple service lines. Responsible for ensuring seamless delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across all account services.

What You'll Do:

  • Overall management for transaction service delivery
  • Coordinate and manage national team of outsourced transaction and project managers
  • Process management development and implementation
  • Implement standardized forms and procedures
  • Develop performance measurement for internal benchmarking
  • Develop and implement account operations manual
  • Able to lead all aspects of transaction management account relationship and ensure overall service delivery
  • Responsible for portfolio optimization and workplace strategy
  • Coordinate service and/or resources delivered to the client and client departmental leads
  • Manage the flow of key documentation and client communication
  • Responsible for working with customers’ operation groups at all levels and identifying real estate needs and introduces appropriate C&W resources
  • Responsible for budgeting, revenue, and profit tracking of all tractions
  • Report profitability results to senior management
  • Design reporting products to meet the clients’ unique requirements and ensures accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy of all client materials
  • Lead and/or facilitate client meetings


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years Real Estate experience, project management, & business development
  • High level, complex transaction management including experience in contract management/compliance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong competency in transaction Management, Project Management, and Strategic Planning and execution
  • Excellent real estate financial analysis skills and familiarity with accounting concepts required
  • Managing multiple resources
  • Expert level presentation skills
  • Competency in Resource Allocation and Implementation
  • Accomplished relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities required
  • Experience in running meetings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Team strategic development and leadership experience
  • Competency in Strategic Planning and Real Estate Market Analysis
  • Competency in program management with multiple projects and/or accounts


 

Pay Range: $129,300.00 - $172,300.00 Annually

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
