What We Do

Provides a wide range of support within the Trust department. Performs clerical tasks related to the administration of trust accounts.

    What You'll Do

    • Provides a wide range of support within the Trust department
    • May act as the team’s resource and subject matter expert
    • Performs complex clerical tasks related to the administration of trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee, depositor or agent
    • Assists Trust Officers on less sensitive accounts or specific assets within accounts
    • Makes recommendations to senior administrators and officers regarding complex issues
    • Prepares court appearances and audits
    • Assures file documentation is maintained and current
    • Follows department’s processes and procedures in daily activities, actively identifies areas of improvement and recommends solutions
    • Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives

    What You'll Bring

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Some college preferred
    • 3-5 years of trust administrative experience
    • Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular function/department/field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Establishes effective working relationships at the department level

    Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly

     

    This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
