What We Do

Establish, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with assigned Trust Accounting clients. Provide full-service reconciliation (from 1st tier/routine to 2nd tier/complex) to our escrow and title partners focusing on complex customer issues. Analyze customer needs, identify problems, research issues, and recommend solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Compare financial records: Reconciliation specialists examine a company's escrow accounting records, such as ledgers and bank statements, to ensure they match

  • Identify discrepancies: They look for any inconsistencies or errors between different financial sources 

  • Investigate and resolve: When discrepancies are found, they investigate the causes and work with clients to resolve them

  • Ensure accuracy: Their primary goal is to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data


What You'll Bring:

  • 5-7 years of directly relevant reconciliation, accounting, or audit work experience, mortgage or title insurance industry preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and demonstrate the ability to learn custom applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of accounting principles

  • Experience with financial software a plus

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
