Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Application, Production Support with Windows Trouble Shooting (experience)
  • Experience of working in a Product/Application Support teams operating in multiple shifts (experience)
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting windows issues, Knowledge of permissions on Windows. (experience)
  • Knowledge of database architecture and database administration (experience)
