• Supporting distributor implementation teams in configuring new BillerIQ payment sites.
• Gathering requirements and designing solutions for payment sites in collaboration with internal teams.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and consultant for distributor implementation teams.
• Providing guidance on payment site configuration to meet biller business requirements.
• Coordinating with team members to complete project deliverables and attending client meetings for planning and issue resolution.
• Delivering complete distributor integration solutions in partnership with Project Managers.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performing site testing and certification activities to ensure smooth go-live.
• Troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues quickly and effectively.
• Completing billing profiles for new billers and supporting post-live activities.
