InP - Managed Service Operations Analyst I (Margins, Clearing) at FIS

Role Overview

As an InP - Managed Service Operations Analyst I at FIS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our collateral management services. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of collateral management concepts, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing daily collateral requirements, resolving issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing the delivery of daily collateral management activities as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensuring daily collateral requirements with clearing houses and exchanges are met on time using payment systems.
  • Ensuring end client collateral figures are agreed on time and settled on time as per the respective currency cut-offs.
  • Recording daily collateral moves in respective back office systems like GMI.
  • Submitting daily reports to internal and external stakeholders on various aspects like outstanding margin calls, disputed margin calls, and rolled-over calls for clients.
  • Leading and participating in projects with regards to systemic upgrades, regulatory change, and client-mandated changes.
  • Identifying, resolving, and escalating issues in a timely manner in order to meet the required service standards.
  • Proactively identifying areas for performance and control improvements.
  • Building strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, end clients, and end client representatives.
  • Coordinating with different teams like reconciliation, clearing, and static for timely response and resolution of queries.
