About the Role

As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant Lead, you'll play a vital role in our sales cycle. Your deep product and industry expertise will be essential in supporting our commercial team. You'll uncover the unique requirements of prospective clients and map out functional gaps, designing the best-fit solution and services package focused on PROFILE Core Banking for banks throughout Latin America. You will be the solution specialist for our PROFILE core banking platform, showcasing its key differentiators such as online, continuous real-time processing, high configurability, a Product Factory that accelerates time-to-market, a scalable, multi-currency architecture, and a 360° customer-centric view. You'll achieve this through compelling presentations, engaging demonstrations, and comprehensive technical RFP/RFI responses.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day activities will be varied and challenging, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Discovery & Qualification: Collaborate with sales representatives to gather and structure both functional and non-functional requirements from prospective clients. Understanding their specific needs is the foundation for crafting the perfect solution.
  • Demonstrations & Value Storytelling: Create and deliver engaging PROFILE demonstrations and presentations. Highlight the platform's key strengths, such as real-time processing, the Product Factory, and scalability, and showcase the tangible value these features bring to our clients.
  • RFP/RFI Ownership: Take the lead on technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. Craft compelling functional proposals and design integration solutions that are perfectly aligned with the unique needs of local markets across Latin America.
  • Gap Mapping & Solution Design: Identify any gaps between the prospect's requirements and the standard PROFILE offering. Propose creative and effective workarounds and configurations, leveraging the Product Factory or integrations via APIs, events, and cloud technologies.
  • Proofs of Concept (PoC) & Technical Orchestration: Plan and execute successful Proofs of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate the capabilities of the PROFILE platform. Coordinate the efforts of product and engineering teams to create compelling and convincing demonstrations.
  • Competition & GTM: Support the positioning and differentiation of PROFILE within our Banking go-to-market initiatives. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and ensure that our messaging highlights the unique advantages of our solutions.
  • Offer Governance: Provide valuable market insights and keep abreast of regulatory trends across Latin America. Feed this information into product roadmaps to ensure that our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.
