Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.

The Product Analyst Specialist is responsible for product management for retirement digital experiences while driving strategic product initiatives that advance the product portfolio. This includes defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and monitoring performance.
A minimum of 5+ years in product, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise software is required. A deep understanding of retirement digital experiences and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are also essential.
The pay range for this full-time position is $140,890.00 - $236,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
