Day in the Life

As a Product Application Support specialist, your day-to-day activities will be varied and challenging. You will:

  • Identify and validate issues reported by clients via phone and email.
  • Document client interactions and issues in our universal call tracking database.
  • Provide L1 and L2 functional application support, troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  • Prioritize and escalate open items as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Research and resolve complex issues, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide status updates on projects and issues to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in the implementation of new system features.
  • Provide guidance on our products via WebEx, conducting product overviews for new software releases.
  • Support maintenance and release upgrades through validation and coordination with clients.
