As a Product Application Support specialist, your day-to-day activities will be varied and challenging. You will:

The key responsibilities include identifying and validating client issues, providing L1 and L2 support, troubleshooting and resolving issues, prioritizing and escalating items, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting clients with new feature implementation.
We require 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Application Support with CX support, a strong understanding of Capital Market domain, experience in level2 functional support, experience with Unix, ORACLE – SQL, Python, Shell Script, C, and basic knowledge of tools like Team Support, Jira, and Service Now.
The work schedule involves rotational shifts, from 5 AM to 11 PM IST.

You will be providing level2 functional support, level1 call support and interaction with clients to resolve issues.
Basic knowledge of tools like Team Support, Jira, Service Now.
