As a Sales Executive within FIS's Private Markets team, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for our Capital Markets Buy Side North America division. This role focuses on selling FIS's robust applications and managed services to private equity and alternative investment firms. Our solutions automate front, middle, and back-office processes, enabling clients to streamline their operations and meet their investment lifecycle needs. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and expertise in software and services to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals within the alternative asset management space.
Your day will be dynamic and varied, focusing on both hunting for new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll spend time researching potential leads, networking within the industry, and engaging with C-level executives to understand their challenges and needs. A typical day might include:
This role is strategically located in the Northeast region of the United States, with multiple potential base locations including New York City, Jersey City, Harrisburg, Warwick, Columbia, Madison, and Boston. This geographic focus allows you to effectively cover key financial hubs and build strong relationships with clients in the private equity and alternative investment industries. The option for virtual work provides flexibility while still enabling face-to-face interaction when necessary.
