We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) to support the Asset Finance team in Frankfurt.

About the Team

FIS’s Asset Finance (FIS AF) is a fully integrated, bottom-up solution that was designed to work on a single database for scalability through a diverse range of asset finance operations and activities.

About the Role

The role of Technology Business Consultant Senior will be to lead Implementation activity of FIS Asset Finance related solutions and work on Professional Services and Project engagements in a direct client-facing capacity.

The role will also involve working as part of a team of teams; requiring close interaction, ability to influence and instruct other areas such as Business, Design and Development, Product and Technical teams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for leading and implementing assigned projects including all functional areas of FIS Asset Finance at client sites.
  • Ensure FIS AF solution satisfies the entire contract lifecycle, including all aspects of client’s business from origination through contract management, accounting, collection, asset management and end of contract life
  • Consult directly with clients and potentially travel to client site (approx. 70%+).
  • Define project scope, objectives, solutions and requirements
  • Expertly assess client needs, training, configuring, setting up FIS AF system, identifying gaps, steering course to implement whilst awaiting dependencies, i.e. developments.
  • Effective communication with all levels of organization from User to Client Directors and Managers
  • Second Level Support as part of the combined Professional/Customer Service team support process
  • Managing project issues to resolution
