As a Systems Administrator Specialist (Salesforce) at FIS, you will be a critical player in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned Salesforce professional with a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, DevOps practices, and data management. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform, providing production support, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining data integrity. Your expertise will contribute directly to enhancing agent productivity, optimizing workflows, and supporting AI-driven service operations.
Your day-to-day activities will be diverse and challenging. You might start by monitoring system health and addressing any user-reported issues. Then, you could work on implementing a new CI/CD pipeline using Copado to streamline deployments. Another part of your day could involve managing user permissions, profiles, and data access across different business units. You will also collaborate with developers and architects to support release management and troubleshoot deployment issues. A key responsibility will be to oversee data management activities, ensuring data quality and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
