Client Account Manager

What does a successful Corporate Account Specialist do?

A successful Corporate Account Specialist at Fiserv builds trusted, proactive relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their accounts are configured, funded, and reported accurately. They enable clients to focus on their business by delivering dependable onboarding, funding, reconciliation, and reporting support. Their work directly advances Fiserv’s mission to help clients meet their customers where they are through reliable FinTech operations.

What you will do:

  • Onboard corporate merchants and implement pricing and contract templates
  • Configure terminal entitlements and batch schedules for Channel and Corporate CAS
  • Execute bank account changes, modify funding timelines, and optimize funding schedules
  • Manage merchant lifecycle tasks: link/chaining MIDs, process closures, add brands, and handle MCC/TID updates
  • Administer reporting and portals, including Insight access and Next Generation Reporting setup
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation and authorization queries, and complete booking adjustments for rejected credits/debits
  • Maintain and update SOPs, perform portfolio amendments, and manage ceiling limits
  • Support specialized merchant setups, including gambling merchant configurations and related queries

What you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate payments operations, settlement mechanics, and multi-currency processing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage merchant onboarding, pricing templates, and terminal configuration workflows
  • Proven analytical capability to reconcile transactions, investigate exceptions, and complete booking adjustments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional coordination and client support
  • Proficiency with payment platforms and reporting tools, and experience administering client portals

What would be great to have:

  • Familiarity with AIBMS terminal configuration and Clover systems
  • Experience setting up and supporting gambling merchants and related compliance considerations
  • Background in SOP creation, governance, and continuous process improvement
  • Hands-on experience with Next Generation Reporting or equivalent merchant reporting platforms
  • Understanding of regulatory and risk controls relevant to merchant acquiring
