Überblick

Als Customer Success Agent (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei allen Themen rund um offene Forderungen, Rechnungen und Zahlungsprozessen. Wir besetzen insgesamt zwei Positionen, in denen Sie Anfragen schriftlich wie telefonisch bearbeiten, Mahnläufe durchführen, Unstimmigkeiten klären und eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten, um schnelle und professionelle Lösungen sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung offener Forderungen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Mahnläufen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (E‑Mail, Ticketsystem, Telefon)
  • Übergabe von Fällen an das Inkasso und Nachverfolgung
  • Klärung von Streitfällen sowie Durchführung von Rechnungskorrekturen
  • Erläuterung von Abrechnungen und Zahlungsprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Buchhaltung, Vertrieb, Logistik und Technik
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen anhand von Kundenfeedback

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Forderungsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Service‑ und Lösungsorientierung sowie souveräne Kommunikation – schriftlich wie telefonisch
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohe Genauigkeit in der Dokumentation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. Ticket‑/CRM‑Systeme, Excel)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Vorteilhaft: eine weitere Fremdsprache (z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch)
