Als Human Resources Business Partner bei Fiserv bist Du strategische:r Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte und Gestalter:in von Veränderungsprozessen. Du trägst dazu bei, dass HR-Maßnahmen nahtlos an unserer Mission und Kultur ausgerichtet sind und echte Vorteile für Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen schaffen. Dein Beitrag verbessert Zusammenarbeit, Performance und die Employee Experience.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beraten und begleiten des Managements in strategischen und operativen Personalfragen

  • Gestalten und steuern von Change-Initiativen von Konzept bis Umsetzung

  • Sicherstellen von Compliance mit arbeits- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Vorgaben sowie internen Richtlinien

  • Moderieren von Führungskräfte- und Betriebsratsgesprächen zur gemeinsamen Lösungsfindung

  • Entwickeln und optimieren von HR-Prozessen und Systemen zur Effizienzsteigerung

  • Kommunizieren transparenter, lösungsorientierter Maßnahmen gegenüber Mitarbeitenden

Was Sie benötigen:

  • Fundiertes Wissen im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und Praxisanwendung

  • Kompetenzen in Change Management und Begleitung kollektiver/individueller Maßnahmen

  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten: klare, empathische Moderation und Konfliktlösung

  • Analytisches Denken zur Ableitung konkreter HR-Maßnahmen aus Daten und KPIs

  • Proaktive, serviceorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern

Was wäre toll zu haben:

  • Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen (z. B. HRIS, Talentmanagement-Tools)

  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Organisationsentwicklung und Talentstrategien

  • Coaching- oder Zertifizierungen im Bereich Führungskräfteentwicklung

  • Internationales Verständnis für HR-Praktiken in globalen Teams
