Job Title

About your role:
Join the Production team at 7007 N 97th Circle supporting high-volume plastic production to deliver secure, accurate materials for our clients. You will join the team at our Omaha location and receive training on our world-class plastic production equipment; you will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machines to produce accurate work on schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Operate a variety of plastic production machines
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines to meet quality and throughput requirements.
• Adapt and multitask as production volume and priorities change without advanced notice.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that printed materials match job orders and sampling standards.
• Stage materials after job runs for warehouse pickup and coordinate with material handlers.
• Cross-train to learn the operation of other production equipment and support multiple production departments.

Experience you’ll need to have:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast paced production environment or equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production or print/mail environment.
• 1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.
• Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).
• Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.

How you’ll work:

• You will work an assigned shift of either 7:30am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-11:30pm, or 11:30pm-7:30am
• This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
