Role Overview

The Fleet Asst Representative, SC position in Uman, Yucatan, Mexico, is a critical role within PepsiCo's supply chain operations. This full-time position involves managing and coordinating nationwide vehicle-related administrative processes for PepsiCo's fleet. You will ensure legal compliance, accurate documentation, and optimized timelines with state and federal authorities, guaranteeing seamless fleet operability. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle registrations, deregistrations, ownership transfers, and plating procedures.
  • Coordinate renewals for circulation cards, licenses, and vehicle insurance policies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all vehicle documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on payments for tenencias (vehicle taxes), verifications, and fines.
  • Process reports for lost vehicles and secure releases from impound lots (corralones).
  • Establish and maintain contacts with government dependencies such as SEMOVI, REPUVE, and state treasuries.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits related to the vehicle fleet.
  • Generate periodic reports on the documentary status of the entire fleet.
  • Operate under PepsiCo's ethical principles and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with an administrative management background or technical degree preferably in administration, logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle management (gestoria vehicular) or related administrative tramites is required. Ideal candidates possess knowledge of vehicle procedures across multiple Mexican states. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and vehicle management systems is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities for interacting with clients and authorities, and availability to travel across states are key.
