As a Fleet Diesel Mechanic (Mecánico de Flota) at PepsiCo in Saltillo, Coahuila, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our fleet vehicles. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of fleet vehicles and minimize downtime. This includes oil changes, brake inspections, and system checks on specified models like Ford Transit and VW Crafter.
Diagnose and repair issues on diesel engines and related components, ensuring all vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Operate diagnostic scanners to download vehicle readings, pinpoint faults, and recommend solutions efficiently.
Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain a high-performing fleet, contributing to PepsiCo's supply chain excellence in Mexico.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, promoting a secure work environment.
