Role Overview

The Fleet EHS Supervisor role at PepsiCo in New Cairo, Egypt, is pivotal in upholding our zero-harm commitment across non-commercial fleet operations. Reporting to senior EHS leadership, you will oversee environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs for deployment fleets, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo standards and local regulations. Key focus areas include budget alignment, incident investigation, safety program implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement through KPIs and audits. Ideal for EHS professionals passionate about fleet safety in the fast-paced food and beverage sector.

Conduct thorough root cause analyses for all fleet-related injuries and illnesses. Develop and track corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring timely reporting per PepsiCo standards.

Non-Commercial Vehicles Safety Leadership

Champion safety programs across locations: partner with HR for driver selection/hiring, lead annual route risk assessments, define safety rules, govern monitoring devices, and update programs yearly.
