Fleet Mechanics ensure the reliability and safety of our extensive vehicle fleet, including light and heavy trucks, vans, automobiles, and forklifts. Key Responsibilities

As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, your daily tasks blend technical expertise with teamwork:

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs with high independence using voice-guided applications and advanced diagnostics.
• Diagnose failures on gas/diesel vehicles, disassemble, repair, and reassemble components as needed.
• Leverage cutting-edge tools like TAAS, Geotab, and INFOR for work orders and predictive analytics.
• Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls, road-test equipment (where applicable), and support driver safety.
• Work on a variety of assets: class 6-8 trucks, EVs, liftgates, Thermo King units, propane forklifts, and more.

Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo seeks skilled technicians ready to excel. Minimum requirements include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Mechanical knowledge of internal combustion engines, gas/diesel repair, hydraulic, and air brake systems.
• Ability to provide your own basic hand tools (advanced diagnostics and ergonomics supplied).
• Physical capability for lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and handling objects.
• Pass Forklift Driving Skills test if applicable.
