Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Own basic hand tools (company supplies diagnostic, ergonomic, and high-tech equipment).
• Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repairs, internal combustion engines, hydraulic, and air brake systems.
• Ability to pass Forklift Driving Skills test if applicable.
• Physical capability for lifting, pinching, bending, reaching, climbing, and object manipulation (accommodations considered).

Helpful experience includes forklift repairs (propane, electrical, battery, hydraulics), computer diagnostics (iPad, Noregon, INFOR, Geotab), manufacturing standards (Mitchell 1, OEM tools), and work on heavy/light-duty trucks, brakes, tires, engines, and refrigeration units. Prior CDL experience for road testing is a plus but not required.
