Key Responsibilities

Your daily impact as a Fleet Mechanic will include a range of essential tasks to keep our fleet running smoothly:

• Conduct daily vehicle check-outs and deliver timely, precise diagnostics.
• Accurately request and source the correct spare parts for repairs.
• Proactively identify additional repairs upon unit entry to the workshop, performing comprehensive 360-degree inspections.
• Execute high-quality repairs and ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on trucks.
• Maintain full compliance with 5S standards, including complete daily ORIS documentation, workplace order, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Address daily corrective actions and provide roadside assistance to maximize fleet availability.
