Role Overview

The Fleet Safety Assistant Analyst position at PepsiCo in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia, plays a critical role in elevating employee safety within our fleet operations. This full-time role involves facilitating, monitoring, and implementing the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Management System on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities

As Fleet Safety Assistant Analyst, your core duties include:

• Delivering EHS advice, guidance, and coaching to area teams using varied approaches to promote sustainable compliance.
• Assisting the Regional EHS Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies and procedures.
• Performing regular checks, inspections, and preparing detailed reports.
• Conducting behavioral safety observations and supporting the development of behavioral safety programs.
• Coordinating or delivering EHS trainings as directed by the EHS Manager.
• Generating drivers’ behavior evaluation reports, communicating findings, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Monitoring shop floor compliance with PPE, KSBs, and SWPs, addressing immediate actions and escalating as needed.
• Updating safety logs, registers, and maintaining all safety records.
• Ensuring EHS communication tools like monitors, Near Miss boards, and signs are current and functional.
• Actively participating in risk assessments, accident investigations, emergency preparedness, audits, and reward programs.
• Following up on Near Miss reports and Corrective/Preventive Actions across departments.
• Recognizing positive safety behaviors and handling additional tasks aligned with the role's purpose.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Fleet Safety Assistant Analyst at PepsiCo, candidates should possess:

• Strong people management skills with the ability to influence behaviors without direct authority.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, including root-cause analysis and action planning.
• Self-starter mindset with high business acumen and independence.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable EHS legislations in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Recognized EHS qualification, preferably NEBOSH IGC3.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, plus computer literacy.
• Ability to coach and support teams in meeting EHS standards.

Prior experience in fleet safety or food and beverage EHS is highly advantageous.
