  • Handle high-level repairs including internal/external engines, drivelines, after-treatment/emissions, and safety systems.
  • Adapt to alternative fuels like electric vehicles, CNG, and B100, building new capabilities.
  • Diagnose failures, disassemble/repair/reassemble parts, test drive vehicles, and respond to service calls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, vehicle records, and pre-trip checklists while mentoring junior technicians.

Daily Workflow

Expect task variety in clean, ergonomic facilities with top-tier tooling. You'll work evenings, supporting drivers' safety and fleet reliability in a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates must meet these essentials:

  • CDL Class B License and ability to pass DOT physical/road test.
  • ASE, MACS, or Military AC certification; Brakes Certification required.
  • Experience with hydraulic/air brakes, after-treatment/emissions, driveline, and engine repairs on Class 6-8 diesels.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, etc.); welding experience preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb, bend, and handle tools (accommodations considered).
  • 21+ years old; own basic hand tools (diagnostics provided).

Helpful: Forklift repair, PM programs, parts inventory, computer use (iPad/laptops), wheel/tire work, and independent operation.
