  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence using leading-edge technology such as voice applications, Noregon diagnostics, and Uptake analytics.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics and repairs across all original equipment (OE) platforms, including Volvo, International, Freightliner, Maxon, electric vehicles, and material handling equipment.
  • Execute high-level repairs on engines, drivelines, after-treatment/emissions systems, and safety components for Class 6-8 diesel vehicles.
  • Adapt to alternative fuels like electric vehicles, CNG, and B100, building repair capabilities as needed.
  • Diagnose failures, disassemble/repair/reassemble parts, maintain documentation including vehicle records and pre-trip checklists, and respond to service calls.
  • Support PepsiCo's safety-first culture by strictly adhering to all standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Brakes Certification with experience in hydraulic and air brake systems.
  • Experience performing after-treatment/emissions repairs and driveline repairs on Class 6-8 diesel vehicles.

  • At least 18 years of age, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass Forklift Driving Skills test if applicable.
