  • Performing preventive maintenance and repairs with high independence using advanced technologies such as TAAS and voice applications.
  • Diagnosing vehicle failures, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts on a diverse fleet including light/heavy trucks, vans, automobiles, and forklifts.
  • Maintaining precise documentation in vehicle software systems, including work orders, part reconciliation, pre-trip checklists, and records.
  • Supporting PepsiCo's unwavering safety culture by strictly adhering to all standards and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the team to uphold the performance of our extensive North American fleet.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with physical tasks like bending, reaching, climbing, pinching, and handling objects (accommodations considered).
  • Ownership of basic hand tools; diagnostic, ergonomic, and high-tech equipment supplied by PepsiCo.
  • Pass Forklift Driving Skills test if applicable.

Helpful experience includes:

  • Removing/replacing wheels to torque specs.
