Key Responsibilities

As a Fleet Technician 3, your daily tasks will keep PepsiCo's fleet running smoothly:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs with a high degree of independence using voice applications and advanced diagnostics.
• Diagnose failures on vehicles, disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as needed.
• Work on a diverse fleet including automobiles, light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Maintain precise documentation in vehicle software systems, including work orders, part reconciliation, and pre-trip checklists.
• Support PepsiCo's safety-first culture by following all standards and procedures.

Technology and Tools

Leverage world-class equipment like Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and ergonomic tools provided by the company. While you must bring basic hand tools, all diagnostic and high-tech gear is supplied.

Qualifications & Requirements
