The Fleet Technician 3 (Entry Level) - Phase 1 & 2 position in Columbia, South Carolina, offers an exciting entry point into a high-impact role within PBNA's operations. Fleet Technicians are essential to the business, ensuring the reliability of one of North America's largest fleets. This full-time role provides world-class equipment, technology, and training, allowing you to work independently in a fast-paced environment while receiving coaching. As a Fleet Technician 3 at PepsiCo, your daily tasks will keep the fleet running smoothly:
Expect task variety, from oil changes and tire work to hydraulic brake repairs, all while working under limited supervision in a supportive team environment.

Helpful experience includes PM programs, shop tools (hoists, welding, tires), hydraulic/air brakes, wheel torquing, independent work, and computer use for diagnostics on iPads or laptops.
