Located at The Boulevard Retail Park, this position offers the chance to lead in a high-energy environment fueled by Nike's global brand power.
Lead efficient product receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold visual presentation standards. Oversee inventories to keep the sales floor stocked and brand-compliant. Collaborate with department leads on product journeys, launch monthly initiatives, leverage reporting tools for commercial decisions, and fulfill digital orders accurately.
Equip teams for top-tier athlete experiences aligned with Nike's Purpose. Drive engagement in Nike Community Ambassador activities, partner on hiring and onboarding, manage store scheduling, and foster a positive Nike culture collaboratively.
Deliver premium consumer service, identify improvements from feedback, act as a brand ambassador by training teams on initiatives, ensure store compliance with Nike standards, and cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.
Across all areas, you'll coach employees, hit sales targets, manage daily business, and build an excellent work atmosphere.
