Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general upkeep of function rooms and public areas, storing equipment properly post-event, and setting optimal lighting and temperature.
• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to maximize guest satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct inventory counts for food cost control, create requisitions, develop menus and recipes for consistent quality.

Qualifications & Requirements
