As the Food Ventures Global AFH Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the AFH Marketing Director and play a pivotal role in executing breakthrough innovations for Lay’s and Doritos across key markets including Western Europe, China, and Mexico. The AFH channel—encompassing food trucks, ghost kitchens, and partnerships with major operators like Subway and Pret A Manger—is central to PepsiCo’s growth strategy. You’ll support global activations at high-profile events such as FIFA, UEFA Champions League, and Formula 1, blending creativity with commercial acumen to drive brand equity and market share. This full-time position demands strong marketing, project management, and cross-functional skills in a dynamic, matrixed global environment.
