Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will be significant:

  • Partner with local anchor markets in Food Ventures, AFH, and Marketing to execute the foods growth strategy and deploy key initiatives.
  • Support strategic customers through execution of critical meetings like Top-to-Tops, Innovation Showcases, and RFPs.
  • Define and drive impactful below-the-line (BTL) marketing programs that scale across markets, boosting incidence, traffic, and brand equity.
  • Serve as a prime mover on flagship projects such as Doritos Loaded and Flamin’ Hot, ensuring timelines are met through matrix collaboration, including Formula 1 event executions.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing, develop monthly brand tracking with Global Insights, and lead global toolkit deployment with legal/regulatory sign-off.
  • Own the AFH Foods ADA portal, manage the marketing budget, purchase orders, and act as the key contact for agencies and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Proven track record managing multiple brand and consumer engagement programs, with strong functional marketing experience at Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager level.
  • 7-10 years in Food and Beverage categories, ideally with AFH channel understanding and customer/trade marketing expertise.
  • Experience in new product development, go-to-market strategies, and global/regional roles with cross-market coordination.
  • Knowledge of PepsiCo systems for marketing communication and innovation execution.
