The FP&A Analyst position at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, focuses on the MCC Biscuits and C&NB Business Units. This Senior Analyst role is pivotal in topline and direct profit planning, reporting, and control for the Mexico market. You will consolidate financial data, generate world-class reports, and act as a business partner to commercial finance teams. Responsibilities include Topline, Direct Profit (DPAAR), and NOPBT consolidations, ensuring accurate, timely insights for strategic decision-making. Excel in a dynamic FP&A environment with advanced Excel skills and business English proficiency.
Deliver excellent service per SLAs by managing Mexico consolidation, Topline Management, and Direct Profit reports for Biscuits and C&NB. Generate and improve Direct Profit reports post A&M and racks.
Support Operating Units (OUs) commercial finance teams in building direct profit and topline forecasts. Provide deep understanding of financial drivers to enable informed decisions.
Own planning models, ensuring maintenance, updates, and enhancements. Coordinate Topline and DPAAR consolidations for efficient visibility and decision-making.
Manage marketing planning agendas for efficiencies and ensure revenue management pricing aligns with topline needs. Interact as a key partner to drive business success.
We seek candidates with 1-2 years of Planning/Forecasting experience or strong analytical skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering is required, paired with high Finance & Accounting experience. Key traits include financial acumen, FP&A expertise in forecasting cycles, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and business English fluency (oral and written, including technical terms). Ideal candidates understand financial planning processes, work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in teams with urgency and detail-orientation.
