As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service while staying ahead of the latest fashion trends. You'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect look, keeping the store visually exciting, and contributing to a dynamic retail atmosphere that reflects the USC brand.

• Provide outstanding, personalised service to every customer
• Offer expert style advice and product recommendations
• Create a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards and visual displays
• Support with stock replenishment and store readiness
• Work collaboratively with your team to drive performance and hit targets

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion, streetwear, and emerging trends
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Positive, energetic, and a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced, style-conscious environment
• Flexible and reliable, especially during evenings, weekends, and busy trade periods
• Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
