Description

This role is a 12 month Placement Year starting in Summer 2026

  • Assist in design reviews & meetings; racking & de-racking showroom and note taking
  • Booking DHLs and collecting parcels for the team
  • Support the design team with trend research
  • Support the design team with tech packs across brands & product categories
  • Assisting in fit sessions; typing comments & preparing samples ahead of sessions
  • Sample management; Ensuring samples are put away after fit sessions & meetings. Keeping the sample cupboards tidy & organised.
  • Responsible for purchasing bought samples and managing office expenses
  • Keep seasonal range boards up to date with correct CADs & style information
  • Ensure office suppliers are kept stocked and order/replenish when needed
  • Generally supporting the team with tasks & workflow

Qualifications

  • Studying towards a relevant Design/Fashion Degree and able to complete this as a Sandwich Year
  • Some experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience working within a similar team environment -
  • A keen interest in fashion design & development
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive approach to tasks and challenges
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to be based at our London office for the duration of the placement
