The Responsibility

As Beauty Floor Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury beauty experience while leading and motivating the Beauty team within our flagship store.

You will:

• Deliver a premium, personalised service to all customers, using expert beauty knowledge

• Confidently demonstrate and apply products while making tailored recommendations

• Drive individual and team sales, taking ownership of KPIs and commercial results

• Lead, coach, and develop Beauty Ambassadors on the shop floor

• Build strong client relationships and proactively drive customer loyalty

• Plan and deliver in-store beauty events in collaboration with brand partners

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation

• Ensure exceptional personal grooming in line with company standards

• Support stock management, operational tasks, and compliance

• Work closely with the wider store management team to support store performance

• Champion FLANNELS culture, values, and brand image at all times

Qualifications

You are passionate about luxury beauty and trends, confident in a fast-paced retail environment, and motivated by delivering results through people.

You will bring:

• Experience in luxury beauty or premium retail (make-up artistry desirable but not essential)

• A proven ability to deliver inspirational, personalised customer service

• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset

• Confidence, resilience, and high personal energy

• Excellent communication skills and a natural coaching style

• A proactive approach to learning and self-development

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and key trading periods
