Responsibilities:                              

Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute design concepts for various projects.
• Lead end to end Retail Store Fit out & renovation projects (Planning to handover)
• Details Drawings, 3 D rendering & Presentations
• Coordinate with Landlords, consultants and contractors for smooth execution.
• Managing contractors, Project timelines, cost and site issues & projects quality standards
• Internal Coordination - Working closely with internal Teams, providing consistant  project updates.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes
• Team Player with clear communication skills

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design , Architect, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in project design.
• Have knowledge in Software Auto CAD, Revit , 3D Studio Max , Adobe , Microsoft etc
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous project designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
• Have knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
