The Frito-Lay Kamloops 2026 Summer Student Route Sales Representative position is an exciting entry point into the fast-paced world of consumer goods sales. Based in Kamloops, British Columbia, this full-time summer role runs from May to September, offering 40+ hours per week with varying shifts, including early mornings starting as early as 5 am and weekends. As a Summer RSR, you'll develop and grow a snack foods business by selling and delivering Frito-Lay products to retail customers such as grocery stores, gas stations, and convenience stores. In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of Frito-Lay in your assigned route. You'll operate a route sales truck—loading, unloading, and delivering products—or use your personal vehicle along established routes. Selling and ordering are core: execute national and local promotions, build eye-catching displays, forecast and order inventory to match customer demand, and maintain frequent communication with store managers to drive sales and meet targets. Expect to be on your feet all day, lifting approximately 50 pounds, and managing multiple priorities independently.
