Key Responsibilities

As a Route Sales Representative, your impact is direct and measurable. Primary duties include:

  • Executing hands-on merchandising activities, such as managing product placement, increasing shelf facings and racks, handling carton returns, inventory movement, and cleaning shelving.
  • Identifying evolving customer needs by continuously reviewing top-selling products and market trends.
  • Developing all assigned accounts to achieve targets in sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and superior customer service.
  • Selling and implementing national and local promotions, securing incremental marketing equipment like displays and racks, and fulfilling customer volume demands.
  • Managing inventory meticulously to maintain balanced accounts and ensure fresh products reach consumers.

Qualifications & Requirements
