Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include re-packing finished products by requesting items from the warehouse, ensuring proper rotation, and lifting cases to refill hoppers. You'll collaborate with Line Operators for continuous runs, support bulk product repackaging by placing and removing totes, and manage tote lines by forming, lining, filling, closing, labeling, and requesting pickup. Manual packing involves forming cases, packing chip bags, labeling, and stacking pallets while maintaining pace. During changeovers, you'll clean equipment to food safety standards, keep areas organized, and handle general housekeeping as directed by the Team Supervisor. Operating a pallet jack is a core part of moving materials efficiently.

Expect an 8-12 hour shift involving constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping. Physical demands are high, with lifting/carrying 45-60 lbs constantly and pushing/pulling up to 80 lbs frequently, ensuring our products reach shelves fresh and ready.
